You have questions? I have answers!
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
That varies, and can take as long as ten working days. During especially busy times, like around Christmas, postal delays mean it can take longer to get your order to you.
What if there’s something wrong with the product?
If the print quality is poor, smudged, or similar, or there’s a defect with the product, please contact me as soon as you can, but certainly within 15 days? I will need photos of the defect or damage, so I can arrange a replacement (free of charge to you) or a full refund. As my T-shirts are printed on demand, regrettably I cannot do exchanges for a different size or colour, so please ensure you select the colour and size you really want before purchasing.
The short version: I’m honest, trustworthy and don’t rip people off. I believe in the quality of the products I sell and will gladly refund you if there’s any problem with the quality. Refunds take a bit of time – that’s a PayPal issue that I cannot control, as they deal with refunds as echecks.
What is the quality like?
I wear these same T-shirts. Doesn’t that tell you all you need to know? Just be aware that computer screens don’t always show true colours on-screen, and there may be very small colour variations in the T-shirts themselves. This is normal for any T-shirt supplier.
Do you have a sizing guide?
Of course! Here you go:
Size – Chest (to fit):
S – 34/36″
M – 38/40″
L – 42/44″
XL – 46/48″
XXL – 50/52″
3XL – 54/56″
4XL – 58/60″
5XL – 62/64″
For women’s cut T-shirts, the sizes are as follows:
Size: | S | M | L | XL | XXL |
Ladies size: | 6/8 | 8/10 | 12 | 14 | 16 |
Garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only.
Where do you ship to?
Sorry – I don’t ship to all countries, as the risks are greater for some countries than for others. WillCycle is a tiny business and I can’t afford to refund lots of lost orders, which is why I mainly limit shipping to the UK and Europe, as well as the USA. If you live outside of these, but really want a T-shirt, talk to me (just leave a comment on any post) and I’ll see what I can do for you.
Orders to UK addresses are shipped free of charge, but anywhere else will incur additional costs.
What about your environmental policy?
All direct-to-garment T-shirts are printed with OEKO-TEX certified inks, which simply means they contain no chemicals that harm the environment, and are water-based.
The mailing bags used are made from 100% recycled materials. The blank T-shirts themselves are sourced from vetted, ethical manufacturers.
